This is not a β€œfluffy” meet and greet session because we start designing right away! This is a 1:1 time where we’ll meet virtually, in your home, or in your store/showroom of choice for 2 hours to tackle any design dilemmas on your mind. This session can be offered in person (or virtually) for clients within 30 miles of zip code 31210 and only virtually on Google Meets for clients outside of Georgia/elsewhere in the US and Canada. If you’re located more than 30 miles from 31210, a travel fee will apply based on the distance.

  • You can book multiple sessions as needed. There’s no limit.

  • Each 2-hour session is $375.

  • 2 hours of 1:1 time with a professional designer, a design e-book, designer store list + budget tool (and a curated box of samples for you to keep).

    If meeting in person, you’ll also receive a monogrammed folder with a few paper goodies + mini notepad for any notes you’d like to jot down!

  • Yes, travel time is only included for clients who reside within 30 miles of 31210. A travel fee will apply for areas past this range.

  • Absolutely! No matter where you live, we’re happy to chat virtually via Google Meets.

  • We can meet in your home or store/showroom of your choice and collaborate on actionable improvements for your spaces. You can also book a design strategy session virtually if you live outside of 31210 (or just prefer virtual guidance over in-person support).

  • Oh how magical would it be if could sprinkle our designer dust and just zap things into place πŸͺ„βœ¨β€” but there are just some design tasks that can’t be solved on the spot and may require additional strategy time β€” in these instances you can either book a second session or a Designer On Call service (which may be a better fit for you). We’ll always be transparent with you when a design question goes beyond the scope of our session and provide direction on the best way to move forward (so you get the highest-quality design result possible!).

  • This session helps you plan your project and prioritize your ideas, creating a roadmap for your design needs/goals. We help you decide what to do next (and how) to achieve the functional, beautiful spaces you’ve been dreaming of! A design strategy session is a valuable service for you if you also need specific questions answered (and do not need on-going design support). Additionally, this can be a great opportunity to see what it’s like to work with a designer if you’re considering more in-depth interior design services in the future. And if meeting in your home, we can suggest working with what you have, rearranging pieces, and proposing new additions for a cohesive look. If needed, you can also opt to have a moving professional (or just a handy friend or family member) onsite during your session to assist with rearranging bulky or heavy pieces. Though we do not offer a formal consultation, this session can also be used as a get-to-know-each-other session full of pro recommendations and honest feedback!

  • To make the session the most productive and meaningful for you, jot down your questions (organized from high to low priority) before we meet. This way, we can tackle your most important design tasks first. Also, keep your laptop/tablet fully charged and bring something to take notes on during our session. Since you’ll only receive a brief recap email post-session, we encourage you to take detailed notes in the most convenient way for you whether that be a notebook or iPad.

  • This will be 1:1 with Shivani, the principal designer of Studio Vyas, LLC. And that part is up to you! We highly recommend any key decisions makers who are directly involved in your home design attend.

  • Yes, as a part of this service β€” you’ll receive a curated designer box of 3 complimentary samples that fit your project needs (ordered within 1 week of our session). We’re also always happy to send you samples of a particular brand, as long as we have a designer account with that brand and/or if samples are easily accessible. Just let us know which brand you are interested in! Please note: shipping times will vary based on sample availability and brand.

  • You’ll need to have your own general contractors, electricians, wallpaper installers, or any other vendors needed to complete your design.

  • These are 2-hour support sessions where we can talk through a plan of action, pro recommendations, and solutions for any design dilemmas you’re facing.

  • This session does not include any follow-up support. But, if you do have more questions, we encourage you to book a second session which can also be in the form of 2 hours of email support (if you do not prefer to meet virtually or in-person for the second session). Or you can look into our Designer on Call or Full-Service offerings as well!
