You’ll receive 1:1 guidance to ensure you can confidently proceed with your design plans (big or small). You’ll always have access to professional organization tools, including designer checklists, planners, and visuals to help.

Here are some design tasks we may be able to cover during this service — it's truly up to you:

  • PAINT COLORS

    Paint colors for the whole house or just a single room including ceiling, trim, and architectural element recommendations. We also offer exterior paint color consults!

  • FURNITURE PLANS

    If you need an expert eye to help you rearrange your current spaces and using what you already have to build a cohesive design OR want a brand new furniture layout — we have solutions.

  • SHOPPING SUPPORT

    Full assistance with visiting showrooms (or stores) of your choice for any phase of your design project. We can also offer designer brand shopping lists for you to browse!

  • SPECIFYING FINISHES

    Design elements including (but not limited to): Finish/color/style of hardware choices. Countertop and profile selections. Backsplash + grout guidance. Flooring. Wall tiles & design. Sink & plumbing fixtures. Decorative lighting.

  • VENDOR PARTNERS

    Need a designer to oversee parts of your project? You can hire us to collab with any vendors, general contractors, painters, wallpaper installers, or electricians you need to complete your home design.

  • DESIGN DIRECTION

    Whether it’s a decor and furnishing-only project, just wallpaper/paint upgrades, or renovations — you’ll receive 1:1 assistance selecting finishes, products, and furnishings best suited for your home, budget, and style.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • You can choose 10- or 20-hour blocks of time and rebook as needed!

  • You’ll have 2 full months to use your hours! Any unused hours will expire after the 60-day mark.

  • This service is perfect for you if you’re looking for expert design assistance at an affordable cost and want the option to reserve blocks of time. This service is also wonderful for you if you are not looking for a full room makeover and want to be able to DIY some parts of the design process. Full-service has a designated schedule and process in place to smoothly execute 1-3 full room makeovers from soup to nuts (with a 1 room design fee of $3,800 and 25K furnishing budget/room minimum). The Designer on Call service is a much more flexible service and the hours can be used as needed over 60 days for any design task. However, designer on call does not generally lead to a full room makeover and is intended to provide guidance and support to help you make the best design decisions for your home (even if that means working with what you have or only updating certain elements of a space/not a full room-makeover).

  • If you need assistance selecting fixtures, finishes or furnishings but feel overwhelmed in picking which products would best suit your home and style, we can help! This service can assist with both remodeling/renovation projects or cosmetic-only/furnishing projects.

  • Yes, travel time is billed at $37.50/hour and is deducted from the block of hours purchased IF you live outside of 31210.

  • Expert design advice tailored to your project needs. And any design tools that may be helpful to your project, including but not limited to moodboards, 3D visuals, floorplans, or samples.

  • Coined from the term “doctor on call,” as such when a doctor is on call, he or she is available to work or make official visits at any time when needed. The same concept applies here, only to design! I’m a professional designer and available when you need me the most. Some weekend slots can also be offered.

  • This can vary as every person and project are different. You may be someone who needs extensive communication and support or someone who has design tasks that can be quickly executed. This will depend on how your like to work and your design goals.

  • We can meet in your home or in the store/showroom of your choice and spend time collaborating on actionable improvements for your spaces. We can also meet in your home, where we can suggest working with what you have, rearranging pieces, and proposing new additions for a cohesive look. If needed, you can also opt to have a moving professional onsite to assist with rearranging bulky or heavy pieces. All services can also be performed virtually if you live outside of 31210 or just prefer virtual guidance over in-person support.

  • Yes, as a part of this service - we will provide any samples to you at no cost as long as we have a designer account with the brand you are inquiring and/or samples are readily available.
